Global .com / .net TLD Managenet Trouble Resolved

There is a temporary global issue with .com and .net TLD which prevents new registrations, transfers, renewals or name servers change for domains with these TLDs.

Major US Data Center routing problems Resolved
Dear Clients,

We are happy to inform you that the major network routing problem that we were experiencing has been resolved and all web hosting resources are again fully available throughout the globe. The issue that started on Friday was ultimately caused by our US DC's DDOS protection vendor which was wrongly filtering out traffic from the east coast of the US. We would like to thank you for bearing with us and to once more apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused you over the weekend.

Scheduled Network Maintenance Resolved
Dear Clients,

We would like to announce a planned network maintenance in our Finnish Data Center that will take place on Monday, the 3rd of September 2019 (2019-09-03). The scheduled maintenance window is 8:00 AM- 11:30 AM GMT / 11:00 AM - 12:30 AM EEST and during that time frame we expect intermittent to full service interruptions. The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade and enhance the stability of our network equipment by implementing newer and more advanced hardware in key areas of our network.

Mail Service Timeouts Resolved
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about a
temporary trouble on one of our MX servers causing timeouts and slow
performance of mail services including the error  messages noticed on
mail clients and webmail application. You will notice such on some occasions when routed trough it.

Our administrators are already working on this topic at the moment so the trouble could be resolved as quick as possible. Once the load is reduced email services will be operational as intended.
Please allow some extra time and try to resent your message later.

Update: Trouble has been resolved and email addresses are now operational as expected.
