Mail Server Timeouts Resolved
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about a temporary overload on the MX servers causing timeouts and slow performance of mail services including the error  messages noticed on mail clients and webmail application.

Our administrators are already working on this topic at the moment so the trouble could be resolved as quick as possible. Once the load is reduced email services will be operational as intended.

Hardware failiure in our Bulgarian Data Center Resolved
Dear Customers,

We are currently experiencing connectivity issues caused by a failure of some of our servers in our Data center in Bulgaria. Temporary downtime and connection losses are expected as a result.

Our administrators are working with our data center technicians to resolve this trouble as soon as possible.

Update: Our administrators have managed to restore shared hosting services which accounts should be now fully operational. Unfortunately VPS servers related services are still in trouble and our administrators continue working on this to resolve it as quickly as possible.

US Hepsia Control Panel migration Resolved
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about the upcoming US shared hosting service - Hepsia control panel server migration.

While the procedure is being performed the hosting control panel will not be accessible. The websites and the rest of the services will NOT be affected.

End Time: July 2nd, 8:30 AM UTC

Update: The process take a bit longer than expected and maintenance is still in process. There could be still some timeouts and slow performance noticed.

Update2: Maintenance has been completed successfully and all services are back operational.

US Data Center Storage Upgrade Resolved
Dear Customers,


We would like to inform you about an upcoming hardware upgrade to our storage platform in order to expand capacity and to further increase the resilience of our storage servers in the US Data Center.


While the procedure is being performed, temporary connectivity issues may arise, however our system administrators will be working closely with the data center technicians in order to minimize any service downtime.


Start Time: June 19th, 05:00 AM UTC

End Time: June 19th, 10:00 PM UTC

Update: Unfortunately the process appears to be taking longer than expected and troubles like timeouts are still noticed on the services.
We will post an update once the trouble is resolved completely.

Update 2: The storage platform upgrade has been completed, however some delay may be experienced in the incoming and outgoing delivery of emails during the next few hours.

Update 3: As of this morning all services should be operational properly as before and this case should be considered completed.
