Major  - Upgrade will be done to one fault tolerant core switch at a time.  However there can be minor outages in customers connection during the  maintenance window.

Ficolo Core switches will be upgraded to  recent software version during the maintenance window.  All customers  with Ficolo shared firewall services are affected by this maintenance.

-Perform upgrade actions to one fault tolerant core switch at a time and test functionality
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.

Packts loss between USA and UK Data Centers Resolved

There is severe packets loss at the moment between the USA and UK Data Centers affecting traffic to multiply services causing timeouts and connection issues to some regions where clients can not access accounts in our system.

Webmail database maintenance Resolved
Dear Customers,

Starting at 07:00 am UTC tomorrow morning, Oct 13th will be performing maintenance to our databases which serve all our webmail interfaces.

During this time, access to these interfaces will be interrupted for up to 30 minutes, however these actions do not interfere with mail flow in any way.

This does not have any effect on IMAP or POP services.

Deployment of new Anti-DDoS system Resolved
Dear Customers,

We are deploying a new Distributed-Denial-of-Service Protection system (Anti-DDoS) that will take place on 10.09.2020 at 00.01 EEST.

No action is required from the customers during the replacement from the old system to the upgraded Anti-DDoS system,
estimated downtime for the replacement will be maximum approx. 30 minutes.

Goals:
-Possibility to react detected attacks faster and with various methods.
-Better protection against DDoS attacks targeted towards customer environments
-Better segregated DDoS protection solutions, to avoid single attack target protective actions possibly causing unwanted effects towards other customer systems.
