We wanted to inform you that the cPanel billing system is currently down for maintenance. Our administrators had to apply a major security update. They are currently working on the server and supposedly everything should be back to normal soon enough.

Please note that the update procedure does not affect your hosting services in any way. All of your webites and hosting services will remain active.

You will not be able to access your billing account and open support tickets.

VPS server Scheduled Maintenance - Feb 7th Resolved
Dear Customers,

We are contacting you to inform you about a planned maintenance on the server where your VPS is located for tomorrow, Tuesday, Feb 7th.

This will be related with upgrading the VPS control panel system software that will take place at 9 am UTC/GMT.

The expected downtime is up to 60 minutes per VPS, but we cannot give you an exact time when your VPS will be updated, as we are following a dynamic schedule which is constantly updated.

The following VPS servers will be affected: 41226, 41247, 41274, 41283, 41473, 41505, 41644, 41744

The change is on the back-end and it affects the overall performance and stability, which are both significantly increased by the newly developed and implemented hosting platform.
